Primary - 2 years+ of industry experience (Process Engineering, QA Engineering, Process Auditing, Certification or similar), - Understanding of vehicle design process, good understanding of automotive hardware, software and model design processes, - Strong technical background in automotive networks CAN, LIN, FR, Ethernet AVB, - Strong analytical skills, - Experience with FMEA, - Fluent in spoken and written English Secondary - Experience with Software and Systems Products Development Life Cycle, - Ability to analyze and interpret complex and complicated documents (software requirements and design specifications, standards and regulations), - Experience with system engineering approaches (requirements engineering, architecture design, validation and verification), - Experience with change configuration management, - Problem solving skills, - Ability to communicate complex ideas succinctly and persuasively to peers, Desired - Experience with AUTOSAR and function composition, - Hands on process modelling techniques (BPML, SysML), - Experience in Software Quality and process ( e.g., CMMI, ISOIEC 15504 series SPICE, ASPICE), - Knowledge of Functional Safety basics, - Knowledge of International standards (ISO 9001, any of IEC 61508 series ISO 26262, DO-178 etc.), - Model based development techniques and tools (MatlabSimulink), - Experience with Agile practices Job Responsibilities - Research established processes and defining areas of its improvement and integration to company's global quality management system, - Provide initial analysis of existing customer's ECU and implemented functions. Build a process of requirements identification, - Align requirements gathered and build high level diagram of a system of huge complexity, - Identify automotive network topology for the system, evaluate traffic flow model (scheduledunscheduled traffic, latency, pps, throughput), - Provide FMEASMEA analysis for the system, identify risks and mitigate them, - Extend FMEA and high level requirements analysis with data flow analysis, - Development, deployment and maintenance of ISO 26262 related guidelines and instructions, - Coach and support engineers for the standards compliance specific activities, - Conduct reviews with product teams to ensure functional standards are being met throughout product development cycles, - On-site meetings with ECU and function owners, Tier 1
