Gwen is hiring for an overnight position that would be in charge of salami production as well as other basic products. We are willing to train someone in salami making, however they should possess basic knife and cooking skills. Someone with fresh sausage making experience would be ideal.
Duties would include
-Stock Making and Fat rendering
Ideal Candidates would possess:
-Prep cook experience.
-An ability to work clean,tight and with efficiency.
-Some meat fabrication experience (cutting chicken, cleaning tenderloins etc.)
- Sausage making experience
